Bitcoin Mining Troubleshooter · Powered by ASIC Intelligence

Diagnose ASIC mining problems from the evidence you already have.

Drop in a miner log, fleet export, screenshot, telemetry, or repair history. Get the likely cause, the evidence behind it, and the safest next check.

How it works

Four steps from evidence to next check.

01

Bring evidence

Logs, exports, screenshots, telemetry, repair history, or incident notes.
02

Correlate it

Compare timing, shared infrastructure, symptoms, outliers, and conflicting sources.
03

Get the diagnosis

See observed facts, likely causes, confidence, unknowns, and competing explanations.
04

Check safely

Get the read-only observation most likely to reduce uncertainty next.
Bring what you already have

Evidence in. Diagnosis out.

No mining account connection is required. Supply only the evidence you want analyzed.

LOGS · SCREENSHOTS · TELEMETRY

Miner evidence

Kernel/runtime logs, status screens, hashrate, temperature, fans, shares, pool state, and other miner-reported evidence.

CSV · XLSX · JSON · NETWORK · POWER

Fleet & infrastructure

Compare cohorts, outliers, topology, DNS/TCP evidence, rack boundaries, PDU data, power, thermal, and shared failure patterns.

REPAIRS · INCIDENTS · RECURRENCE

Historical evidence

Use supplied repair history, incident notes, prior symptoms, and recurrence patterns without inventing missing events.

What a diagnosis looks like

Evidence first. Conclusion second.

The result keeps observations, missing evidence, likely causes, confidence, and the next safe check visibly separate.

shared-incident / example
Illustrative diagnostic example
OBSERVED14 miners disappeared during the same interval.
PATTERNThe failures share an upstream infrastructure boundary.
MISSINGHistorical PDU telemetry is unavailable.
LIKELY CAUSEShared infrastructure event is more plausible than 14 simultaneous hardware failures.
CONFIDENCEMedium
NEXT SAFE CHECKVerify the common upstream boundary before replacing individual miners.
Insufficient Evidence is a valid successful result. Missing values stay Unknown instead of becoming zero.
Diagnostic trust contract

Make uncertainty visible.

PROVENANCE · FRESHNESS · CONFLICTS

Evidence integrity

Important claims should trace to supplied evidence, preserve age/freshness, and keep disagreements visible.

UNKNOWNS · CONFIDENCE

No invented certainty

Missing remains Unknown. Confidence is explicit, and “Insufficient Evidence” is allowed when the evidence cannot support a conclusion.

COMMON CAUSE · NEXT CHECK

Operational reasoning

Shared infrastructure and competing explanations are considered before isolated failures, followed by the safest high-value next observation.

Hard boundary

AI that investigates. Not AI with a kill switch to your mine.

Bitcoin Mining Troubleshooter reasons over evidence supplied to the AI session. It does not add a miner-control backend or privileged remote-management path.

  • No reboot or reset execution
  • No pool/wallet changes
  • No firmware flashing
  • No voltage/frequency tuning
  • No PDU or breaker switching
  • No network reconfiguration
  • No arbitrary state-changing shell execution

FAQ

What this product is—and what it isn't.

Does it connect directly to a mining site?

No. v1.1.0 reasons over evidence supplied to the AI session and ships no hosted collection or mining-control backend.

Is the public demo evidence real?

No. The five release scenarios are synthetic. Private real-world validation material is not published here.

Is ASIC Intelligence Desktop the same product?

No. Bitcoin Mining Troubleshooter is standalone. ASIC Intelligence Desktop is a separate product in development.

Why does the repository still use the name ASIC Intelligence Plugin/Skill Package?

That is the existing public repository/package name. The user-facing product is Bitcoin Mining Troubleshooter, powered by ASIC Intelligence.

Can I reuse or resell the package?

The public package is source-available under the PolyForm Shield License 1.0.0. Use, modification, and redistribution are subject to that license. See the license terms or contact austin@wnclogiclab.com.

Also from ASIC Intelligence

ASIC Intelligence Desktop is a separate product.

A separate mining-operations intelligence platform currently in development. The Troubleshooter does not require Desktop, and Desktop capabilities are not represented as Troubleshooter capabilities.
