Terms of Service
These terms describe the permitted use and operating boundaries of the Bitcoin Mining Troubleshooter public package and its documentation website.
Software license
The repository license controls software use.
The public software package is source-available under the PolyForm Shield License 1.0.0. The repository LICENSE and NOTICE are the controlling terms for rights to use, modify, and redistribute the software. If this page conflicts with the software license, the license controls.
Product identity
This public project is maintained under the ASIC Intelligence product identity. ASIC Intelligence names, logos, and branding are not licensed as trademarks merely because the software is available under the repository license.
Diagnostic scope
Read-only decision support.
Bitcoin Mining Troubleshooter provides read-only diagnostic guidance based on evidence supplied to the AI environment. It is not a remote-control service, electrical procedure, manufacturer service manual, investment service, or substitute for qualified on-site judgment.
Verify before acting
Operational decisions should be checked against current site procedures, manufacturer guidance, electrical-safety requirements, and the actual condition of the equipment.
Evidence can be incomplete
Outputs may be uncertain or wrong when evidence is stale, missing, conflicting, mislabeled, or otherwise incomplete. “Insufficient Evidence” is an acceptable diagnostic result.
Authorization
Use only systems and evidence you are allowed to use.
Access to this package does not authorize access to any miner, mining site, account, wallet, pool, network, management platform, or third-party system. You are responsible for obtaining permission before accessing, collecting, uploading, or analyzing operational evidence.
Do not use the package to bypass access controls, safety protections, firmware protections, network restrictions, or legal/contractual limits.
Host-platform terms also apply
If you use the package in ChatGPT, Codex, Claude, GitHub, or another third-party environment, that provider's terms, policies, account rules, and usage limits may also apply.
Warranty and liability
Use at your own operational risk.
The software license provides the package as-is and includes no warranty to the extent permitted by law. No diagnosis, confidence label, suggested observation, benchmark, example, or documentation page guarantees that a miner, rack, network segment, power system, or mining site is safe, healthy, profitable, or correctly configured.
To the extent the PolyForm Shield License addresses warranty or liability for the software, its terms control.
Third-party products
References to miner vendors, firmware, fleet-management tools, pools, or other products are descriptive compatibility/context references and do not imply sponsorship, certification, endorsement, or affiliation.
Changes
Terms may evolve with the public package.
These terms may be updated when the package, website, distribution model, or public capabilities change. The version posted on this page applies to subsequent use of the public site and package, subject to any separate controlling software license terms.
